Hinote split 1999-00 between AHL Hershey and the Avalanche. He wore 38 with the Avs that season and 13 with the Bears, making this a stick he used at the NHL level, then again in the AHL without retaping it before later removing the blade tape and signing it.
Hinote used the same Hershey-colored model during the Avs' 2000-01 Stanley Cup-winning season.
