Photo and videomatches show Hinote wore this helmet during the 2000-01 season from at least Dec. 1, 2000, on through the Stanley Cup Final.
He also wore it during eight October games at the start of the 2001-02 season before he switched to white Bauer helmets the following month. The helmet bears the Sept. 11 remembrance sticker from that season.
