Yelle wore this practice jersey at the start of his time with the Flames. It is believed he wore it during the 2003-04 season, when the Flames lost to the Tampa Bay Lightning in seven games in the Stanley Cup Final.
The jersey features medium wear, including various distinct black marks, unrepaired holes, loose threads, burns and pilling.
Few Flames practice photos exist online from this era. Yelle is shown in two of them — one of which shows some potential matches. The image also happens to show Yelle wearing the photomatched white Itech helmet in my collection.
